Membership Agreement
This Agreement governs the membership services provided by AI Makify (the "App"). By purchasing or using any membership plan, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Agreement.
1. Membership Plans
AI Makify offers various membership plans, including Monthly Membership, Quarterly Membership, and Annual Membership. Each plan provides different benefits and pricing options. The specific features, pricing, and terms for each membership plan are displayed in the App at the time of purchase.
Annual Membership
The Annual Membership plan provides access to all premium features for a period of one year from the date of activation.
2. Membership Benefits
Membership benefits may include, but are not limited to: unlimited access to premium makeup looks, exclusive virtual beauty kits, enhanced community features, priority customer support, accelerated growth points earning, exclusive templates, and access to special events. The specific benefits available to you depend on your selected membership plan.
3. Activation & Validity
Your membership will be activated immediately upon successful payment. The membership period begins from the date of activation and continues for the duration specified in your selected plan. You will receive a confirmation notification upon successful activation.
4. Auto-Renewal
Unless you cancel your subscription, your membership will automatically renew at the end of each billing period. You will be charged the then-current membership fee to your payment method on file. You can manage your auto-renewal settings at any time through your account settings or the app store where you purchased the membership.
5. Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings or the app store where you purchased the membership. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. Refund policies are subject to the terms and conditions of the app store through which you made your purchase (e.g., Apple App Store or Google Play Store). Generally, refunds may be available within a limited time period after purchase, subject to applicable laws and app store policies.
6. Payment Methods
Payment for membership plans is processed through the app store where you download the App (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play Store). We accept payment methods supported by these app stores, which may include credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods available in your region. All transactions are processed securely through the app store's payment system.
7. Account Usage
Your membership is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or shared with others. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your membership if we detect any unauthorized use, fraud, or violation of this Agreement.
8. Changes to Membership
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any membership plan or benefit at any time, with or without notice. If we make material changes to your membership benefits, we will notify you in advance where required by applicable law. Your continued use of the membership after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
9. Disclaimer
AI Makify provides membership services "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the membership services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the membership services.
