Welcome to AI Makify. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) explain how you may use the AI Makify mobile application and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility & Account

You must be legally permitted to use online services in your country or region. Some features — such as posting in the community, earning growth points or saving your beauty progress — require a registered account. You are responsible for keeping your login information secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.

2. Permitted Use

AI Makify is designed for personal, non-commercial beauty exploration, education and sharing. You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: reverse engineering the app; attempting to bypass security measures; using the Service for unlawful, harmful, discriminatory or misleading activities; or infringing the rights of others.

3. User Content

When you post looks, comments or other content (“User Content”) in the community, you retain ownership of your content. You grant AI Makify a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display and distribute your User Content within the Service for the purpose of operating and improving the product. You are responsible for ensuring that your User Content does not violate any law or third-party right.

4. Virtual Rewards & Beauty Kits

The Service may provide virtual points, badges or beauty-kit rewards linked to your activity. These rewards have no cash value and are not transferable. AI Makify may modify, limit or discontinue reward programs at any time.

5. Modifications & Termination

We may update the Service, these Terms or any feature at any time, for example to improve user experience, security or to comply with legal requirements. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you seriously or repeatedly violate these Terms or use the Service in a harmful way.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that every look or recommendation will be suitable for your skin, preferences or environment. Always patch-test products and follow professional medical or skincare advice when needed.
